Q. How Long Has This Conference Been Around?
This conference is brand new! 2026 is our first year.
Q. What if I Can’t Attend, Will the Sessions be Recorded?
Currently, the answer is no. The sessions will not be recorded. We may end up recording these sessions separate from the conference, but currently we do not have the capability of recording sessions on location.
Q. Are There Places to Stay Nearby?
There are indeed! The conference venue itself offers rooms for the night. A Best Western is literally just across the parking lot from the conference. And a Quality Inn & Suites is a less than 5 minute drive from this conference.
Q. Are There Places to Eat Nearby (if we want to grab dinner after)?
There is a restaurant in the Hilton Garden Inn itself. There is also a Green Mill Restaurant just across the parking lot. There are also lots of restaurants within an easy drive of this location.
Q. Are Young Storytellers Allowed to Attend?
Absolutely! Young people who want to participate in this conference are more than welcome to attend. (See the question below for more details.)
Q. What Ages Can Attend? (What if I have a nursing baby?)
Anyone 12-100+ years of age are welcome to attend. Younger ages (12 and under) are welcome, too, if they are able/willing to sit through the sessions. (However, any attendee 12 and under must be accompanied by a guardian and both must register). Nursing mothers, you are welcome to bring your baby for free as long as you are willing to step out if your little one gets noisy.
Q. What About Parking?
Parking is free, and this location has plenty of parking available.
Q. If I Register and Then Can’t Come, Can I Get a Refund?
